Delivery and Returns Policy


We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours between Monday & Friday with no orders being sent on weekends or public holidays

To avoid being charged please contact us within 4 hours of placing your website order if you change your mind and wish to cancel.

We use Courier Post Tracked and Hanmer Cheviot Couriers. 



We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind purchases. We may provide a Gift Voucher or exchange an item provided we have been contacted by phone or email within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned within 7 days and must be in original un-used condition.

Food, Sale items and Gift Vouchers cannot be returned.

If an item is found to faulty or damaged we will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We must be notified by phone or email of the fault or damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
